How can I pay for my orders?
You can make your payments using the following methods: Credit Card, Advance Bank Transfer, and PayPal. The data for the bank transfer is:

- Customer’s Order Number or Name and Surname of the person who placed the order;
The transfer will be considered valid if credited within 5 working days of placing the order.

Shipping

With which courier is the shipment carried out?
Shipments are made through one of the following couriers: GLS, BRT, UPS. The choice of the most suitable courier is made based on the type of object to be shipped and the shipping destination.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
If the ordered product is immediately available, the shipping will be made upon receipt of payment. The delivery time may vary from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are based on the size of the product (s) and are standard throughout Italy (including the islands).
For the shipment of small items, the expected costs are € 10, while for larger items, the cost is € 19.
For shipments abroad, the costs are calculated based on the country of destination.
How can I check the shipping status?
After shipment, we will send you an email with a tracking number identifying your shipment. In this way, you can monitor the shipping status through the courier.
Can I change the shipping address of an order already placed?
It is possible to change the shipping address by promptly sending an email to Customer Service shop@apoggi.com
What is a "Large Item"?
Items marked as "Large Item" require special treatment as far as shipping is concerned, for reasons of size, fragility, or weight.
Shipping costs for large items are calculated according to the characteristics of the item and are visible at the time of checkout. For the delivery of large items, a fee of € 19 is applied
What are the thresholds for Free Shipping?
The shipping costs remain the same throughout Italy (including the islands).
The shipping within Italy is free for orders over € 99.
For shipments abroad, the costs are calculated based on the country of destination: in Europe shipping is free for orders over € 189. For the United States, the shipping has no additional costs if the shopping cart exceeds € 299 while for South America, Asia, China, Japan, Australia, and Africa free shipping applies for orders over € 399.

Orders

What should I do if I have not received the order or have not received all the items ordered?
In case of non-receipt or incomplete receipt, an email must be promptly sent to the Customer Service shop@apoggi.com reporting the problem encountered.
What should I do if I receive a faulty / damaged item?
At the time of delivery by the courier in charge, you must first check the condition of the package and, if there are dents or breaks, you must accept the package with reserve. Once the packaging has been open, if a product (or products) is defective and / or damaged, Customer Service must be contacted via email at shop@apoggi.com within 24 hours of the working day following delivery. In both cases, the original packaging must be kept.
Is it possible to cancel and / or modify an order?
Each order constitutes the customer's contractual proposal towards Armando Poggi S.r.l. Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to cancel and / or modify it through the website. How can I return a product?
If the product (or products) purchased do not meet your expectations, you can avail yourself of the Right of Withdrawal by filling out the "return form" on the site and we will return the amount spent for the purchase.
Is the return charged to the buyer?
In the event of a request to return the product, the shipping costs are charged to the customer as well as the choice of the courier to use.
How long do I have to return the items?
As a customer, you have 30 days from the delivery date of your purchase to make the return.
How can I make a return?
The product must be returned closed in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not ruined, damaged, or stained), and equipped with all its accessories, instructions for use, and documentation. Returns are not allowed without the original box or tag.
Do the products come with a warranty?
