In order to provide its customers with higher standards of protection than those guaranteed by Decreto Legislativo 206/05 (articles 52 et seq.), the customer (from now on "Customer") has a maximum term of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to communicate any case of withdrawal, total or partial, from the contract with which the product was purchased.
The Customer will not have the right of withdrawal in the cases provided in art. 59 of the Decreto Legislativo 206/05 e ss.mm. in particular, as an example and not limited to, if purchased: (i) Products packaged under Customer's specifications or customization; (ii) audio or video recordings, computer programs, removed from the packaging by the Customer; (iii) daily press, newspaper publications, and magazines; (iv) Products delivered in sealed packages, which for reasons of hygiene or health are not suitable for return when the package has been tampered with or opened after delivery; (v) Food products, which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact us at email@example.com, specifying, if desired, the reasons for the return and the quantity of items intended to be returned.
Following the electronic compilation of the Return Form according to the instructions included in the "Shipping" page, the Seller will provide the Customer with the details for the return.
In the case of exercise of the Right of Withdrawal / return by the Customer, the same must undertake to return, and in effect, will return, the products within 30 days from the date of exercise of the Right of Withdrawal, i.e. within 30 days from sending the Return Form by email. Request for return, and must consequently entrust the returned products to the courier. The shipping costs associated with the return of the products are in charge of the customer. If the return does not take place within this period, the withdrawal becomes ineffective.
The Customer must send the product or products to be returned, with a courier of choice, to the operating offices of Armando Poggi S.r.l., Via Calzaiuoli 103r, Florence. The Seller will undertake to reimburse the price of the returned product, in the shortest possible time, and in any case within 30 working days from the date of arrival of the return, provided that the products have been returned intact and unused, together with the original packaging and the guarantee seal which must be intact.
The Reimbursement includes: the price paid for the product/s, the cost of shipping for the first order (in the case the client has paid for the shipping of the order).
The reimbursement does not include the following: the cost of cash on delivery mark, the cost of giftwrapping and other additional costs added on by the client.
The refund will be returned by credit in the same manner in which the purchase was made. In case of purchase upon delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer. If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal / return in a way that does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in the withdrawal / return procedure referred to in these General Conditions, the Customer will not be entitled to any refund.
The Seller will check whether the returned products are in fact in their original condition; if the products returned by the Customer are damaged, without the guarantee seal, incomplete, deteriorated, and / or stained, they will not be refunded. In particular, the product must be returned, properly packaged in its original packaging, in a perfect state of resale (not ruined, damaged, or stained), and equipped with all its accessories, instructions for use, and documentation, with the invoice so to allow the Seller to identify the Customer (Order number, name, surname, and address) without any signs of use other than those compatible with carrying out a test of the same, i.e. that it does not bear any trace of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and which is not in a state that does not allow its resale.
Any damaged items must be reported to the Seller no later than 7 days from receipt of the goods. Breakages must be documented with photographs. Since the complaint is subject to inspection, the internal and external packaging must be retained to allow inspection by the courier.
The Seller has the right to request compensation for any damage in the event of non-correspondence with the products previously delivered to the Customer. If the return of the products for withdrawal or return is entrusted to a courier other than that indicated by the Seller, the latter will not be responsible for the loss of products, shipments to incorrect addresses, or delays in the delivery of products, it is understood that the Customer assumes all risks and costs of such shipment. In the event of a request to return the returned product, the shipping costs are in charge of the customer.
