- How to measure the CIRCUMFERENCE of your finger
Step 1
Wrap the twine around the base of the finger so that it fits snugly around its size.
Step 2
With a pen or a marker, indicate where the ends of the twine join.
Step 3
Lay the twine on a flat surface and measure its length in millimeters.
This number is the circumference of your finger!

- How to measure the DIAMETER of your finger
Step 1
Make sure the ring you are using is the right size to fit perfectly on the finger on which you want to wear your new ring.
Step 2
Using the ruler or tape measure, measure the widest points inside the ring, side to side.
