The artist Tom Hoffman wanted to bring joy and good humor to people following the events of September 11, 2001.
With the first “drags”, which were exclusively gifts for friends, Hoffmann intended to awaken their optimism.
From then on his idea worked so well that the “drags” fan community became international and has spread throughout the world.
