Shipping & Insurance
Shipping Charges
There is a minimum shipping, handling, and insurance charge of $84 or €72. Beginning with orders above $840 or €720, shipping rates are approximately 10 percent of your total order. We ship most items worldwide using United Parcel Service (UPS) 10-Day Expedited service. You may request 3-Day service for an additional fee. All items are shipped door-to-door, uncleared through customs in your country. Your local customs duty will be collected by COD directly by UPS when your goods are delivered.
Tracking Your Order
Soon after UPS picks up your goods from Armando Poggi, UPS will send you an email with information about your order and the UPS tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Large Items
Ceramic tables and large urns are shipped through a professional shipping agent. We will send you a quotation of the shipping charges upon receipt of your order.
Insurance
All items are insured against breakage. Claims must be made to Armando Poggi within 7 days of receiving the items and should be documented with photographs. In some cases, your insurance claim may be subject to inspection. Therefore, keep the packaging and merchandise in its original condition as best as possible. If you believe you have an insurance claim, please contact us immediately.
