Product Pricing
Residents of the European Community are required to pay in euros (EURO). The
EURO price includes appropriate value added taxes (VAT). VAT is not included
in the U.S. dollars ($) price. The 27 countries in the European Union are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Hungary, Irish Republic, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania,
Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain,
Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Residents of all other countries should pay
the $ price.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical,
e-commerce order processing, or pricing information error, Armando Poggi
will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products
listed at the incorrect price.
Products Without Prices
Armando Poggi is an authorized dealer for all products we sell. Often this
means that we have an agreement to market manufacturers' products in a
specific manner. As an authorized dealer, Armando Poggi honors specific
manufacturers' requests not to list prices on our web site.
Product Display
Armando Poggi makes every effort to display the products featured on
apoggi.com as accurately as possible. However, the colors we use -- as well
as the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor --
may affect the colors you actually see on the screen.
Artisan Products
Armando Poggi offers many hand-made products by crafts people and artisans
in Italy. This is true of our extensive line of Italian ceramics. Slight
imperfections illustrate the unique hand-made character of these beautiful
objects.
Product Availability
Armando Poggi goes out of its way to select the kind of distinctive
merchandise and hand-made products for which the Armando Poggi name is
recognized. Some of our items are manufactured in limited quantities and,
because of their limited availability, they may not always be in stock. We
will advise you immediately should your order be delayed because of product
availability. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a
particular item, please contact us.
Returns
Armando Poggi cannot authorize returns unless your items were damaged in shipping. If you feel that we have sent you the wrong items, please contact us.
If you have special requests, our personal shoppers look forward to helping
you. Please do not hesitate to send us requests. We will be pleased to
research china and silver patterns and assist with gift selection. We can
also email digital photos to help you better visualize specific products.
